We are seeking an exceptional, commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead and grow an established freight forwarding and logistics company with access to multiple multinational logistics networks.
This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a dynamic industry professional who can transform a restructured organization and take it to the next level of growth, profitability, and success.
We Are Looking For a Proven Leader With:
- Extensive experience in the Freight Forwarding and Logistics industry (mandatory).
- A strong track record in Senior Management, General Management, or CEO-level roles.
- In-depth knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Customs Brokerage, Shipping, Warehousing, and Supply Chain Solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, profitability, and business expansion.
- Proven experience in building, restructuring, and scaling businesses. Strong industry relationships with customers, shipping lines, airlines, overseas agents, and other key stakeholders.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- The ability to build high-performing teams and foster a strong organizational culture.
- A thorough understanding of the Sri Lankan logistics market combined with an international business outlook.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, high energy levels, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

Industry expertise and senior executive leadership experience within the freight forwarding and logistics sector are essential. Candidates without substantial experience in the industry will not be considered.
