We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Recovery Officer with strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to recover overdue payments and achieve collection targets.
RECOVERY OFFICER
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up and recover overdue payments related to vehicle sales, leasing, hire purchase, and financing.
- Conduct customer follow-ups and field visits to facilitate timely collections.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Monitor overdue accounts, maintain accurate recovery records, and prepare collection reports.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets and minimize outstanding balances.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in debt recovery, credit control, or collections.
- Experience in vehicle leasing, hire purchase, or vehicle finance recovery will be a strong advantage.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Good computer literacy and ability to work independently under pressure.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to undertake field visits are preferred.
