About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Engineer to identify new business opportunities, develop engineering proposals, maintain client relationships, and support the company’s business growth, while also assisting in the implementation and maintenance of management systems (ISO) of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Assist in preparing engineering proposals and budgets.
- Identify suitable experts and coordinate CVs for proposals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Research market trends and potential opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client requirements.
- Develop plans to achieve business targets.
- Coordinate and maintain the company’s ISO certifications.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a Related Field.
- Minimum 2 – 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in preparation of proposals for consultancy projects preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems will be an added advantage.
- Good command of English.
