Join our team as a Senior Executive - Shipping & Logistics, where you will oversee critical operations in import/export processes and shipping documentation. You will coordinate with banks, merchants, and logistics teams to manage Letters of Credit (LCs) and ensure timely payments. Your role will involve monitoring shipment progress, resolving escalations, and maintaining compliance with customs and audit requirements. Additionally, you will support payment reconciliation, drive process improvements, and train team members to uphold service excellence. Building strong relationships with authorities and understanding geographical challenges will be key to success in this role.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Logistics and bring 3–4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
