SENIOR IT GENERALIST - REMOTE
CapsicumLabs is seeking an experienced Senior IT Generalist to support a listed mining developer with a small corporate team across Australia, and Europe.
This is a hands-on role for a senior professional who can take ownership of IT operations, manage service providers and communicate confidently with executives and board members.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Strengthen IT security, including administrator access controls and multi-factor authentication.
- Manage the incumbent managed service provider (MSP) and support the re-tendering process.
- Lead the migration of a legacy on-premises file server to SharePoint and Azure.
- Manage software licensing.
- Evaluate and implement new SaaS tools as business needs arise.
- Work directly with senior stakeholders, including the President, Chairman and board.
