ABOUT THIS ROLE
As the Industrial HR Business Partner, you will work closely with the business and operational leaders to align people strategies with business objectives and operational requirements. You will support workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, leadership capability, and people strategy execution while providing practical HR guidance across the assigned business units. This role requires a people-focused HR professional who can combine strong relationship-building skills with practical business understanding and hands-on execution.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and business objectives.
- Drive workforce planning, manpower optimisation, and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness and productivity.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and workforce-related matters.
- Coach and support managers in people leadership, employee engagement, and performance management practices.
- Support talent management, succession planning, and capability development initiatives across the assigned business units.
- Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives to strengthen the employee experience.
- Support organisational change, restructuring, and transformation initiatives while ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Analyse workforce information, identify people-related risks, and provide practical HR insights and recommendations to management.

QUALIFICATION
- Proven experience in HR Business Partnering with manufacturing, industrial, logistics, engineering, or other large operational teams.
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with operational leadership teams.
- Experience in driving change management and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution.
