Outlet Manager
- Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, inventory management, and targets
- Maintain brand standards for cleanliness, hygiene, product quality
- Manage cash handling, POS transactions, and daily reports
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure excellent service satisfaction
- Requirements
- Age 22-35 years
- Diploma or Degree preferred
- 1-2 years relevant experience as a Team Leader in F&B / retail
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility
- Willing to work flexible hours, and public holidays
Team Leader
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily shift operations and assist the outlet manager
- Guide, motivate and train team members on standard procedures
- Monitor inventory levels, stock refills, hygiene, and product quality
- Manage cash register operations and shift reports accurately
- Requirements
- Age 20-30 years
- G.C.E. A/L or above
- 1 year senior crew/TL experience
- Leadership / interpersonal skills, flexibility
- Candidates around Gampaha
Crew Members
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare beverages, bubble tea & desserts to standards
- Handle POS, cash and customer payments
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and product quality operations
- Requirements
- Age 18-30 years
- G.C.E. O/L or above
- F&B / cafe, retail or customer service experience an advantage
- Barista experience an added advantage
