Join our dynamic team to play a pivotal role in shaping talent development and training initiatives. You will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, design and deliver impactful programs, and maintain accurate training records. Additionally, you will also support the planning and execution of key training programs for roles such as Team Leader, Checker, Floater, and Packer, while ensuring alignment with organizational HR guidelines. Your efforts will also focus on identifying critical talents and fostering a robust talent pipeline to drive organizational success.
- The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma or a similar qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Management, or Business Administration.
- Bring 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
