Join our dynamic team to assist in driving cost efficiency and productivity improvements within product development processes. You will provide accurate and timely Standard Minute Values (SMVs) and sewing constructions for new styles, ensuring seamless production and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with operational teams, you’ll standardize methods and integrate innovative techniques to enhance cost effectiveness and ramp-up efficiency. Your expertise will support risk mitigation, early preparation for bulk production, and the transfer of new methods across facilities, contributing to a standardized database that minimizes production losses and maximizes profitability.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and bring a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a similar capacity.
