Hardwaremart is a leading name in the hardware supermarket industry in Sri Lanka, renowned for our wide range of quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking Assistant Showroom Managers (for Horana & Kottawa) to spearhead our operations at the locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the showroom.
- Lead, train and motivate a diverse team to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance and customer experience.
- Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and product displays.
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Retail Management, Preferably in the hardware or related industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
- Familiarity with the local market and consumer behavior.
