WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Professionals with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, supported by a proven track record and relevant experience in the construction / real estate industry in a similar capacity.
- Minimum 2+ years of development and construction-related experience.
- Proven success in driving commercial return and revenue.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Dynamic, innovative and adaptable to the ever-changing demands of the industry.
