Requirements
Automotive Supervisor
- NVQ Level 4 or above in Automobile Technology / Motor Vehicle Mechanic / Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in automobile maintenance.
- Experience in supervising mechanics and handling vehicle maintenance activities.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and diagnostic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Ability to maintain vehicle service and repair records.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to vehicle breakdowns when required.
Foreman
- NVQ Level 4 or above in Automobile Technology / Motor Vehicle Mechanic or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in vehicle repair and maintenance.
- Previous experience as an Automobile Foreman, Senior Mechanic will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical and diagnostic systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
- Ability to supervise mechanics and technicians and coordinate daily workshop activities.
- Ability to identify vehicle faults and ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Good leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to emergency vehicle breakdowns when required.
