E-COMMERCE SALES MANAGER – AUSTRALIAN MARKET
Join Bella Home Co, one of the largest wall art manufacturers in Australia, and be part of our team in Sri Lanka. We are looking for a motivated and results-driven E-Commerce Sales Manager to help us grow our online sales and secure bulk orders from Australian customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive online sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Communicate with Australian customers via phone, email, live chat and other online channels.
- Convert enquiries into sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Identify and secure bulk, commercial and wholesale orders.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing for bulk orders.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Work with the marketing and e-commerce team to improve sales and conversion rates.
- Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales, telesales or business development.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Confident speaking with Australian customers.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills.
- Experience in handling bulk or B2B sales is an advantage.
- Experience in Google Ads would be an added advantage.
- Some knowledge in SEO is also beneficial.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and results-oriented.
