MARKETING EXECUTIVE IN POULTRY BUSINESS

Besto Chicken and Eggs are our top branded products. CIC Livestock Solutions Group is seeking dynamic and motivated Sales Representatives to join our growing team.
The Role
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns, field promotions and customer engagement programmes
- Conduct market research to monitor competitor activity, pricing and market trends
- Monitor the sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors
- Prepare regular marketing reports and share market feedback with management
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely product availability and customer service
The Candidate
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or a related field (a professional marketing qualification is an added advantage)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales role, preferably in the poultry, feed or FMCG sector
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer base in the relevant region
- Valid driving licence (a motorcycle licence is an added advantage)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Sinhala and English (Tamil is an added advantage)
- Strong analytical, planning and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated, target-driven and willing to travel extensively
