Executive – Maintenance - EKALA
Requirements
- Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing and general repairs.
- Ability to identify and trouble shoot maintenance issues.
- Good problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to coordinate and supervise maintenance activities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Age below 50 years
- Carry out other duties as assigned by the management.
Qualifications and Experience
- NVQ level 4 qualification will be an added qualification
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in civil work.
- Qualifications in Maintenance, Electrical, or related field will be added qualification.
