HUMAN RESOURCES INTERN
Work Location: Kadawatha
Join our growing retail team across FLi Super supermarkets, Bake Bars and Hot Kitchens.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with recruitment: screen CVs and coordinate interviews
- Support new employee onboarding and orientation processes
- Maintain and update HR records and databases
- Assist in coordinating training programs and employee engagement activities
- Support with general HR administration and operational tasks
- Conduct basic market research and data analysis
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Following or recently completed a degree in HRM or a related field
- Passion for Human Resources and strong desire to learn
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior internship or retail exposure is an advantage
