The Clay Pot Family Restaurant is a successful, busy and impressive restaurant that is famous for our delicious eat in, take away and home delivered food, with unique features including riverside dining, pool table hut, riverside dining hut, children’s playground and lovely gardens. Banquet & Restaurant Manager
A talented and experienced Banquet Manager is required to work alongside our friendly and experienced team.
- Star Class Experience is an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and a pleasant personality.
- Commitment to delivering high level of customer service.
- Ability to work under different work situation.
- In depth knowledge of hospitality sector.
- Minimum of 5-years' experience working in Banquets and restaurant.
- Age should be 25-45 (Male)
Restaurant Captain
Looking for an individual with a friendly attitude, great communication and supervisory skills to play the role of a captain in a well-established restaurant.
- A Professional restaurant captain with a warm, friendly manner and attitude
- A minimum of 2-years' experience working in a hotel or restaurant with excellent references.
- Ensure that the restaurant premises are always clean, and the team are efficient
- Adhere to restaurant rules and regulations, which are to be strictly followed
Cooks
- Maintain efficient running of kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Adhere strictly to the recipe and food preparation standards.
- Ensure that the restaurant premises are clean at all times which contributes to our environmental policy
- Take full responsibility of proration control, usage, wastage according to recipe standards
- Excellent in culinary arts along with exceptional knowledge of local and international food and have a
- Natural passion in the subject
- Minimum of 2-years' experience working in hotel / restaurant and aged between 25-40
Stewards / Waiters
We are looking for professional and experienced Stewards/ Waiters to join our friendly team. You must be experienced working in restaurants and have an excellent customer service attitude.
- Minimum 6-months to 2-years' experience with food and beverage knowledge
- Age should be 20-45 (Male/Female)
- Ensure that the restaurant premises are always clean, and the team are efficient
- Adhere to restaurant rules and regulations, which are to be strictly followed
