TECHNICIAN – CABLE ASSEMBLY
Sri Lanka's Premier Export-Oriented CNC Based Industrial Product Manufacturing Facility
We are looking for enthusiastic, career-focused, and highly motivated individuals to join our high-tech industrial product manufacturing operation as a Technician – Cable Assembly at our state-of-the-art plant located in the Katunayake Export Processing Zone (KEPZ).
KEY BENEFITS & COMPENSATION
- Starting Salary: LKR 75,000 (Basic) + Other Allowances and a Comprehensive Benefits Package.
- Overtime (OT): Available

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Experience: Both skilled and unskilled candidates are welcome to apply.
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Educational Background: NVQ Level 4 / 5 or G.C.E. A/L passed.
- Skills: Attention to detail, willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Added Advantage: Experience in soldering and cable assembly will be an added advantage.
- Preferred Locations: Candidates residing in Gampaha, Negombo, Ja Ela, Seeduwa and Katunayake areas will be highly considered.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform cable assembly and related production activities.
- Solder cables and connectors according to given specifications.
- Handle and assemble electronic cables and connectors with utmost care and attention.
- Strictly follow production quality standards at all levels of work.
- Work effectively and efficiently as part of the cable assembly team.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for you and your team members.
