Role Description
Responsible for planning and coordinating pre-production and cutting activities to ensure smooth and timely execution of the production plan.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cutting plans in line with the sewing production plan.
- Monitor and follow up on the material in-house plan to ensure timely availability of required materials.
- Prepare and maintain pre-production plans according to production requirements.
- Coordinate with relevant operational teams to ensure the timely execution of pre-production and cutting plans.
- Closely monitor progress and take necessary follow-up actions to achieve planned targets.
Required Qualification & Experience
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the apparel manufacturing industry.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional operational teams.
- Good follow-up and monitoring skills to ensure timely achievement of pre-production and cutting plans.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production timelines.
Key Qualities & Attributes
- Good proficiency in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
Additional Requirements
Knowledge and practical exposure to Fast React will be an added advantage.
