Managed IT Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, and business applications.
- Administer user accounts through Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Configure and troubleshoot network devices, including switches, routers, wireless access points, and firewalls.
- Monitor and maintain backup solutions, antivirus systems, and endpoint security.

Qualification
