PRODUCTION MANAGER
Rowanthi Garments (Pvt) Ltd – Malabe is looking for an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead garment production operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and manage daily production operations.
- Achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
- Manage production lines, manpower, and efficiency.
- Monitor productivity and reduce production losses.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and other departments.
- Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
- Lead and motivate the production team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Production Manager/Senior Production role in the apparel industry.
- Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and production processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in production planning, line balancing, and productivity improvement.
