Vacancies for Technical Officers/Supervisors - Civil
We are a publicly listed company with over four decades of experience in telecommunication, electrical, water, and civil engineering projects across Sri Lanka. Due to the expansion of our civil and water project divisions, we are seeking energetic Technical Officers / Supervisors for our Civil/Water Engineering division. In this role, you will be based at our sites which are operated island wide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Excellent understanding in construction project Implementation.
- Ability to understand project drawings, specifications & variations for execution.
- Executing the project plan, Monitoring & timely communicating with site management for daily progress.
- Track the project progress & highlight any resource & material requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate all site works.
- Quality Control
- Plan and manage labor, equipment, and material requirements daily
- Attend site meetings and provide input on scheduling and execution challenges.
- Report delays, shortages, or technical issues to the Site Engineer.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- NVQ level 6 qualification in Civil Engineering, NCT, NDT or equivalent qualification
- 2+ years-experience in civil construction Industry in
- Material handling
- Site supervision
- Labour handling
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership & people handling skill
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Problem solving skill
- Ability to multitask & work under pressure
Salary: negotiable, depending on experience and qualifications.
