Sarvodaya, Sri Lanka's premier voluntary social development organization, immediately requires a dynamic, self-motivated, service-oriented person to fill the following vacancy.
- Vacancy : Internal Audit Executive
- Location : Sarvodaya – Headquarters (Moratuwa)
- Age : Below 45 Years
- Remuneration : Rs. 70,000 – Rs. 75,000

Responsibilities
- Develop annual risk-based audit plans, evaluate system controls, execute audit procedures, and monitor corrective actions across HQ and District Offices.
- Prepare internal audit reports, conduct special investigations, and report directly to the Audit Committee.
- Guide internal audit staff, coordinate with external auditors, and ensure high audit quality.
- Ensure compliance with community development regulations and statutory laws while upholding Sarvodaya values and supporting organizational events.
Requirements
- Full or partial qualification in CASL, ACMA, or ACCA.
- Minimum 5-7 years of audit experience with a reputable audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and development regulatory compliance, backed by excellent analytical skills and high ethical conduct.
- Ability to travel and work based at any site location and handle long hours.
- Work experience in auditing donor-funded projects will be an added advantage
