Its catalogue spans skincare, hair care, makeup, fragrance, mother & baby, K-beauty and other personal-care categories.
Job Summary
Lead organic growth by improving technical SEO, search visibility, rankings, qualified traffic, and product discoverability, while working across teams to turn SEO insights into measurable business results. Also support AEO and GEO to improve visibility in AI-powered search and answer experiences
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute SEO across product, category, brand and content pages.
- Research keywords and optimise on-page content, images and internal links.
- Audit and improve technical SEO, Core Web Vitals and site architecture.
- Track performance with GSC/GA4 and adapt to Google and AI search updates.
- Apply AEO and GEO practices to help content appear in answer engines and generative search results.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 1+ year of hands-on SEO experience with measurable results.
- E-commerce/CMS, Google Search Console, GA4 and SEO tools experience.
- Strong SEO knowledge, basic HTML/CSS, English and analytical skills.
- Understanding or experience with AEO and GEO, including optimising content for AI-powered search.
