LEGAL EXECUTIVE (MALE)

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, Review and coordinate legal documents, and commercial agreements.
- Provide day-to-day legal operational support across Group companies and departments.
- Assist with legal research, preliminary legal assessments, and document standardization.
- Coordinate with external counsel for litigation-related matters.
- Travel to courts, police, land registries, and government institutions for inquiries, investigations, and official matters as required...

Key Requirements:
- Attorney-at-Law qualification.
- Strong drafting, documentation management, and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of agreements and operational legal documentation.
- Experience or exposure in litigation coordination and property-related matters.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications with excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala.
