ASSISTANT MANAGER WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS
Kiddies & Toys International (Pvt) Ltd is a fast-growing company in the mother & baby care industry, representing international brands such as Farlin, Lego, Mattel, and Faber-Castell, while also managing our own trusted in-house brands—Kids Joy, PLEX, and LeEd.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager – Warehouse Operations, driving efficient and effective warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain accurate warehouse stock records in the ERP system.
- Coordinate operations between KTI and third-party logistics (3PL) warehouses.
- Oversee outbound order processing, picking, dispatch, and shipment coordination.
- Manage overall inventory, including stock aging, obsolete items, and disposal with compliance monitoring.
- Handle GRNs, unloading, stacking, and proper inventory holding practices.
- Monitor distribution of goods to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage invoicing and communication with 3PL partners.
- Monitor stock discrepancies (damages, shortages, returns) and ensure timely adjustments.
- Ensure 100% stock accuracy through regular reconciliation.
- Generate MIS reports and maintain documentation in compliance with company procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse/logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management (SAP Knowledge will be an added advantage).
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Team management and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
