JUNIOR EXECUTIVE / EXECUTIVE
Student Enrollment (Tamil) - Male Full Time
Educational Qualifications
HND, or Diploma in Marketing or a related field, or school leavers who are interested in pursuing a career in sales.
Experience
- School Leavers or Fresh graduates with a strong interest in achieving Targets-Based commissions are encouraged to apply OR,
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student recruitment, preferably in a Higher Education Institute.
- Proven experience in achieving or exceeding sales/enrollment targets.
- Hands-on experience using CRM systems, Google Apps, and sales tracking tools.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong intention to actively generate leads and convert prospects into enrolled students.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Tamil to effectively manage the student registration cycle, from initial inquiry through successful enrollment, is a must.
- Well-organized to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Attractive Remuneration Package with a High Sales Commission Above Industry Standard.
