POST OF OPERATIONS MANAGER (Asphalt & Concrete Batching Plant)
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Sc. (Mechanical) or equivalent qualifications.
- More than 15 years of experience in asphalt plants, concrete batching plants, construction materials, or road/infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience managing plant operations, production, maintenance, and work teams.
- Strong knowledge of asphalt hot-mix production, concrete batching, aggregate handling, and quality control.
- Experience with plant commissioning, production planning, preventive maintenance, and operational optimization.
- Experience managing plant operators, mechanics, electricians, laboratory/QA personnel, drivers, and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of HSE requirements, environmental regulations, and safe plant operations.
- Experience controlling production costs.
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, construction teams, procurement, suppliers, clients, and government/regulatory authorities.
- Experienced in business development for asphalt concrete and ready-mix concrete, including identifying new market opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting the growth of batching-plant production and sales.
Salaries will be based on the qualifications & experience of the selected candidates.
