Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional guidance and assistance to clients regarding VISA application procedures and requirements.
- Ensure timely submission and follow-up of applications with embassies, consulates and VISA processing centers.
- Stay up to date with changing VISA regulations, documentation requirements, and embassy procedures.
- Deliver excellent customer service support throughout the VISA application process.
Requirements
- 3 years of professional work experience in VISA processing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Passionate, intelligent self-motivated, and committed to achieving results
- Experience in handling Seafarer VISA will be an added advantage
