Business Analyst
Established in 1977, RSP ENTERPRISES is a diversified, family-owned organization with ISO 9001:2015 certification. We operate across multiple sectors, including locomotives, power, renewable energy and industrial engineering solutions.
We are seeking a dynamic, analytical and self-motivated Business Analyst to support business performance, process improvement and management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and operational data, prepare management reports, dashboards and KPI performance analyses.
- Identify business process inefficiencies, operational gaps and opportunities for cost optimization and continuous improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements, develop process flowcharts and conduct gap analyses to support business improvement and ERP implementation projects.
- Coordinate with different departments to monitor operational performance, project progress and improvement initiatives.
- Provide data-driven insights, analytical reports and presentations to support senior management decision-making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Business Analytics, Statistics, IT, Finance or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, operations analysis or related area. Exposure to the engineering or industrial sector will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Power BI, business process mapping and ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple assignments and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
