VACANCY – FACTORY MANAGER
We are a food and beverage manufacturing company. We are growing and looking for dynamic individuals with a positive attitude to grow with us.
We are looking for an experienced and results oriented Factory Manager to oversee our factory operations, ensure efficient production processes, and maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily factory operations.
- Plan, organize, and monitor production activities.
- Ensure production targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Supervise and manage factory employees.
- Monitor machinery, equipment, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure quality standards and workplace safety.
- Manage raw materials, inventory, and production resources.
- Identify operational improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare production reports and provide regular updates to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Production Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in factory or production management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Good knowledge of production planning and quality control.
- Familiarity with ISO standards will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
