FACTORY MANAGER

We are a well-established and growing corrugated packaging company seeking an experienced and results-driven Factory Manager to lead our factory operations and take our performance to the next level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the overall factory operations including production, quality, maintenance, stores and dispatch.
- Plan and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and targets.
- Ensure efficient use of resources and optimise machine utilisation.
- Lead, motivate and develop the factory team.
- Maintain quality standards and minimise wastage.
- Manage budgets, costs and inventory levels.
- Ensure safety, discipline and good housekeeping across the factory.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive continuous growth.
- Liaise with customers and other departments for smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 7 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 3 years in a managerial role (Factory Manager / Operations Manager / Senior Production Manager).
- Experience in the corrugated packaging, printing or related industry will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and people management skills.
- Proven ability to drive results, meet targets and solve problems.
- Good knowledge of production planning, quality systems, maintenance and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Valid driving licence preferred.
- A relevant qualification in Engineering, Production or Business Management will be an added advantage.
