MANAGEMENT TRAINEE MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or exposure to Lean Management / Process Improvement will be an added advantage.
- Strong interest in Lean Management, Manufacturing Excellence, and continuous improvement.
- A genuine willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to Lean initiatives.
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE – HSE OFFICER (HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL OFFICER)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in implementing and maintaining Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and practices.
- Support workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance activities.
- Assist in identifying potential workplace hazards and recommending appropriate corrective actions.
- Support HSE awareness, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Assist in maintaining HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace health, safety, and environmental practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Business Management, or a related field.

- Previous internship or exposure to HSE / Occupational Health & Safety / Environmental
- Management will be an added advantage.
