Join MAS Unichela – Panadura as an Executive - Production Bodywear
Join our team as an Executive-Production, where you’ll play a role in achieving plant KPIs and meeting customer production requirements. In this dynamic role, you will plan and monitor delivery schedules to ensure 100% on-time, in-full delivery, while closely overseeing sewing production processes to maintain customer quality standards. You’ll identify and address production abnormalities with the support of the IE & Work-study team, ensuring timely completion of styles. Additionally, you’ll prepare for style changeovers, analyze feasibility, and drive efficiency to meet output goals. A commitment to 6S, health and safety, and lean manufacturing principles will be essential in this role.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Textile and Apparel or a related field and bring 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
