As a pioneering global manufacturer, we are known for manufacturing all types of bicycles including high quality Mountain bicycles, Racing City /Road bicycles, Kids' bicycles, Pedelec bicycles (E-Bike), Trekking / Terrain bicycles for over two decades.
MANAGER— FACTORY ADMINISTRATION
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Public Administration, or Operations Management.
- Minimum 5-8 years experience in factory administration, facility management, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills with technical teams and external authorities.
- High integrity and knowledge of industrial compliance and audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily factory administration, facilities, security and maintenance.
- Oversee employee transport, cafeteria, cleaning services, and purchasing.
- Ensure compliance with legal regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager to support smooth factory operations.
- Work with HR teams on attendance, employee welfare, and workplace safety.
- Liaise with local authorities, utility boards, and the surrounding community.
