PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
A Day in the Life of the Role
- Supervise daily production operations and achieve planned production targets.
- Lead and manage production staff, ensuring effective manpower utilization.
- Monitor production efficiency, wastage, yield and downtime.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 and food safety requirements.
- Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, Warehouse, Maintenance and other relevant departments.
- Ensure workplace hygiene, safety, discipline and 5S standards.
- Identify production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What Helps You Succeed
- Diploma / Higher Diploma / Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Production Management, Manufacturing or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ experience in Production, preferably in an FMCG / Food Manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and Food Safety Systems.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
