Executive – Student Enrolment
PACE Institute, a leading Professional & Higher Education Institute, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Executive – Student Enrolment. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about education and enjoys engaging with students to guide them towards the right academic pathways.
Job Prerequisites
The ideal candidate should possess or be:
- A professional qualification or relevant certification (in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field).
- 3+ years of experience in student enrolment, sales, customer service or a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala (written and verbal).
- A friendly and customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and ability to maintain accurate student records.
- Passionate about education with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve enrolment targets.
