JOB ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a skilled and motivated After Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be the main technical point of contact for our customer’s post-purchase. Your goal is to ensure high customer satisfaction by providing expert technical support, troubleshooting equipment, and managing maintenance services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Support - Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems with installed products or machinery.
- Customer Service - Handle client inquiries, complaints, and requests regarding product performance and maintenance.
- Maintenance & Repairs - Coordinate routine servicing, repairs, and spare parts replacement.
- Client Training - Educate customers and internal teams on proper product usage, maintenance, and safety protocols.
- Reporting - Maintain detailed records of service calls, equipment failures, and customer feedback for the engineering and sales teams.
REQUIREMENTS
- Education - Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma (NDT / HNDE) in Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering field.
- Experience - 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in technical support, maintenance, or after-sales service.
- Skills - Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and customer-first mindset.
- Mobility - Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
