ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop new business and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage sales calls, proposals, negotiations and lead conversions.
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support forecasting, budgeting and sales reporting.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure excellent client service.
- Promote the hotel through industry events and networking.
Requirements
- Degree, diploma or professional qualification in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management and networking abilities.
- Proactive, target-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
