MANAGER - GENERAL INSURANCE

We are currently seeking a high-performing and results-driven professional to fill the role of a General Insurance Champion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end general insurance operations, including policy administration and claims coordination.
- Lead and drive sales and business development to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop team members across operations and sales.
- Monitor market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the insurance industry (General Insurance preferred).
- Prior experience in a brokering company is essential.
- CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) certification is required or strongly preferred.
- Proven track record in both operations and sales management.
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products, underwriting, and claims processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
