Insurance Operations Executive

The Insurance Operations Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating insurance-related operations efficiently and accurately. The role involves handling insurance policies, supporting claims processing, settling insurance bills, maintaining proper documentation, and providing timely operational support to business units.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and process insurance policies accurately and efficiently, and ensure the timely settlement of insurance bills.
  • Support claims processing and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Provide timely and effective assistance to business units on technical and operational matters.
  • Handle documentation related to insurance operations with precision and confidentiality, and ensure proper maintenance of policy records.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication across departments and with central insurance facilitators.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in BSc (Hons) in Finance and Insurance or a similar qualification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • A professional qualification in Insurance, or knowledge gained through studying for a professional insurance qualification, will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • A proactive mindset with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
