nRECOVERY OFFICER
ni-Cube International (Pvt) Ltd., Corporate Office situated in Rajagiriya, engaged in manufacturing and distribution of paper rolls used in POS/Cash Registers/Billing Machines, Computer Continuous Forms, Barcode sticker labels & Printer ribbons, requires suitable candidate(s) for the above position(s) on permanent basis.
nJOB PROFILE

- Collect outstanding payments from customers according to agreed credit terms. n
- Work closely with the Sales Department to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding customer payments. n
- Follow up and visit customers regularly to collect overdue payments and cheques. n
- Obtain payment commitments from customers and ensure timely settlement. n
- Review customer outstanding statements and debtor ageing reports daily. n
- Identify overdue customers and prioritize recovery activities. n
- Investigate delayed payments and identify reasons for non-payment. n
- Prepare a daily customer visit plan based on outstanding balances. n
- Support the Accounts Department with debtor reconciliations and payment confirmations. n
- Submit weekly recovery performance reports to management. n
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
n- n
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in debt recovery, credit control, collections, or a similar role. n
- G.C.E. A/L qualification or G.C.E. O/L with Credit Passes in Mathematics and English. n
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Sinhala and English. Tamil language proficiency will be an added advantage. n
- Good working knowledge of MS Office applications, particularly Excel. n
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. n
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve collection targets. n
- A high degree of integrity, accountability, and professionalism. n
- A valid motorcycle riding licence will be an added advantage. n
