As we move towards opening, we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead Oceana's operations and set new benchmarks in guest experience, financial performance and team excellence.
GENERAL MANAGER
Overall Leadership & Operational Excellence
We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven and people-oriented leader to oversee all hotel operations, drive pre-opening readiness and ensure Oceana delivers an outstanding guest experience and strong financial performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the pre-opening and day-to-day operations.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction targets.
- Lead and manage all departments, ensuring five-star service standards and operational excellence.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial performance.
- Drive sales, marketing and revenue management initiatives.
- Build, mentor and inspire a high-performing leadership team and create a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, legal requirements, health, safety and sustainability practices.
- Act as the key liaison with owners, consultants and stakeholders.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years' hospitality experience, including at least 5 years as General Manager or in a senior role.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent team-building, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English.
