POSITION
Finance Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and process export and local sales invoicing accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Handle petty cash management, including maintaining proper records and supporting documentation.
- Record and process all company expenses accurately in the accounting/ERP system.
- Ensure timely reimbursement of approved expenses to employees and relevant parties.
- Ensure all sales invoices are dispatched to customers on time and uploaded to the relevant customer portals.
- Respond to and coordinate customer queries relating to invoices and accounts, working with relevant parties to facilitate timely collections.
- Prepare local Goods Received Notes (GRNs) and supporting documentation required for BOI submissions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Part Qualification of Chartered Accounting (CA), CIMA, or ACCA.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting from a recognized university (State or Private) is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the finance sector, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Must be willing to work in a demanding and dynamic work environment.
- Experience working in an ERP system is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
