WE ARE HIRING! QUALITY ASSURANCE / QUALITY CONTROL ENGINEER
ROLE SUMMARY
- Implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) on all construction sites.
- Conduct site inspections, material testing, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with SLS/BS standards and project specifications.
- Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works quality.
- Prepare QA/QC reports and maintain documentation.
- Lead quality control teams and resolve non-conformities.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers.

WORK STATION
Odiliya Head Office, Wattala (Willingness to travel to outstation sites is mandatory).
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc in Civil Engineering or NDT/NDE.
- Minimum 4-5 years experience in high-rise/apartment construction.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures.
- Valid Driving License.
