Leopard’s Edge is a newly established luxury tented safari lodge nestled on the edge of Yala National Park. We are looking for an experienced, passionate and hands-on Camp Manager to lead our daily operations and deliver exceptional, personalised guest experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new luxury safari lodge and play a key role in building its reputation for outstanding hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the lodge, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.
- Manage guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs and special requests.
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance and safari teams.
- Work closely with naturalists and safari guides to coordinate memorable wildlife experiences.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, operational expenses and supplier coordination.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure the lodge operates in accordance with health, safety and hospitality standards.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel, boutique lodge or safari camp management.
- Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
- A genuine passion for hospitality, wildlife and nature.
- Ability to lead a small team and take ownership of daily operations.
- Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to management.
- Experience working with international guests will be an added advantage.
