We are seeking a highly motivated Senior HR Executive to join our team at Korean SPA Accessories, a prominent accessories manufacturing company. As a Senior HR Executive, you will lead and oversee various HR functions to support our organizational goals and foster a positive work environment. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to contribute to the growth and success of our dynamic company.

Job Profile:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Oversee the payroll and benefits administration process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and coordinate learning and development programs for employees.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures to promote fair and consistent employee relations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
  • Monitor HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement) and propose solutions to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to enhance HR processes and policies.

Person Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR generalist or in a similar senior HR role within the manufacturing industry, preferably in apparel or related sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including employment law and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven HR decisions.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.
