About the Position
Senior Executive / Executive - Risk Management
Location: Head Office
The Role
- Support the implementation of the risk management program of the Company.
- Conduct periodic risk analysis and report on the Company's credit portfolio.
- Assist in the independent risk assessment of credit proposals and provide economic and industry analysis to support decision-making.
- Participate in developing, reviewing, and implementing policies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Facilitate the preparation of relevant documents for discussion at the Integrated Risk Management Committee.
- Implement operational risk incident reporting and data collection, including key risk indicators.
- Develop and maintain risk registers and administer the Business Continuity Plan.
Requirements
- Degree (with a class) preferably in finance, economics, or business management.
- Professional membership in ICASL/CIMA/ACCA.
- Minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably in Risk Management, Credit, or Finance in the financial sector.
- Sound knowledge of risk management tools and techniques.
- Good analytical skills for financial/credit analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, manage timelines, and be solution-oriented.
- Exposure to concepts related to Business Continuity Planning is advantageous.
