Junior Executive / Executive
Sales & Marketing
(Locations - Colombo Head office & Katunayake Branch)
The Job Role
- Present, promote, and sell freight and logistics services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
Experience/Qualifications/Skills
- Highly motivated, self-oriented, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication, PR & negotiation skills.
- Minimum academic qualification is A/L.
- Professional qualifications (sales & marketing/Customer Service/Logistics etc.).
- Past experience in sales (applicable only for Executive category).
Benefits
- Starting salary 50,000-75,000 LKR (Negotiable).
