- CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

This is a leadership role and will directly report to the Managing Director while taking full responsibility for the day to day functions within the organization and maintain and improve the processes to maximize company productivity. Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industries relevant to the businesses of the company while driving continuous efficiencies through resource optimization and rationalization programs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- MBA / Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Adequate experience in the similar industry, out of which 5 years' experience in Managerial capacity.
- Possess a strong level of business acumen with a proven track record of successfully leading an organization.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
